Frequently asked questions

Which size should I order?

We offer ready-made sizes for several common Bible models. If you have one of these Bibles, please select the size that corresponds to your Bible. 

Please double-check the measurements before ordering. 

If you have a different Bible, you can choose custom ordering instead, and we will sew the cover to fit your specific Bible.

Please note that your Bible needs to have a soft cover for the sleeve to slide on.

To place a custom order, you need to measure your Bible as follows:

  • Spine width – measure the width of the spine when the Bible is closed.
  • Cover width – measure from the spine to the outer edge of the cover.
  • Cover length – measure from the top edge of the cover to the bottom edge.

Enter all measurements in centimeters. Measure as accurately as possible and enter the actual dimensions of your Bible – do not add extra centimeters. We will adjust the cover to the dimensions you provide.

Return

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the time you receive your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and retain any tags.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom-made products cannot be returned.

How to make a return:

Contact us at info@cowe.se before sending your item back. Once the return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and provide instructions for you to send the package back.

Returns sent back without approved return processing will not be accepted.
When will my order arrive?

We are processing your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and further details.

Delivery is handled by PostNord throughout Sweden. Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days after it has been placed, and the delivery time is usually 1–3 business days depending on where you live.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are handmade by Ida in the studio in Uppsala.

It is possible to order custom sizes <3 There is such an option under the product.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the shipping price before completing your purchase.
